Position Summary
Works with and reports to the Facility Director to maintain a clean and inviting campus.
This full-time salaried position must be available weekends. Also, preferred to attend
(S.G.C.) and become actively engaged with the church.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Drywall repair and painting
- Room changes and setup
- Changing lights and/or fixtures
- Plumbing repairs, replacements, installation
- Carpentry, carpentry repairs and installations (doors, shelves, countertops)
- Minor repair of electric and electrical devices
- Facilities security
- Grounds maintenance, snow and ice removal and lawn care
- Maintain equipment as needed
- Floor and carpet cleaning
Expectations
- Maintain tools and equipment in clean, safe, working order
- Adhere to all safety requirements and wear proper Personal Protective
Equipment - Respond to emergency situations to ensure employee and facility safety
- Adhere to organization and facilities department policies and procedures
- Build relationships and demonstrate a high level of cooperation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Prior facility maintenance experience a plus
- Valid state Driver’s License
- The ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Prior experience with plowing snow and Skid steer use a plus
